Both The ARC System V1 and V1 Pro include a 30-night risk-free home trial beginning on delivery. Request a return within 30 nights of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Complimentary return shipping
Free return shipping is provided for trial returns requested within the 30-night window. Contact Selah Nursery through your order correspondence to obtain return authorization and a prepaid return label. Return the system with included accessories; keep proof of shipment.

One-year hardware coverage
A one-year limited warranty starts on delivery and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Selah Nursery will repair or replace covered hardware, or provide a refund where required by law. Proof of purchase may be requested.

What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear or damage caused by operation contrary to the supplied instructions. Your local statutory rights may provide additional protection.
