Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or the rights of other visitors. Product imagery and descriptions describe planned products and may be refined before production.

Reservations and pre-orders
Joining the waitlist is free, does not take payment and does not guarantee allocation. A purchase or pre-order is created only after checkout payment is verified. Spring 2027 is a planned shipping window, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Material delays will be communicated and cancellation options provided as required by law.

Prices and payments
Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Complimentary shipping and the 30-night trial apply to eligible orders. Test checkout uses no real money and does not create a commercial purchase.

Regulatory disclaimer
The ARC System V1 and V1 Pro are environmental acoustic wellness devices and standard nursery monitors. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, including SIDS.

Selah Nursery branding, design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
