Information we collect
We collect the email address and selected tier you submit to our waitlist, purchase and shipping details, payment references, and information you include in support or privacy requests. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider, not stored by Selah Nursery.

Nursery audio and video
Selah Nursery does not sell nursery audio or video streams to third parties. Encrypted audio and video transmission is a product security requirement; final encryption protocols, retention settings and app permissions will be documented before the monitoring app launches. This storefront does not capture nursery audio or video.

Cookies and service providers
Essential browser storage supports sign-in, secure checkout and site preferences. Our payment and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not currently deploy advertising or analytics cookies; any future non-essential tracking will be disclosed and consent requested where required.

Your CCPA and GDPR rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; or complain to your local supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information. We verify identity before acting and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Retention and requests
Waitlist information is retained while needed for your subscription or until deletion is requested. Financial order records may be retained for tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations. Submit a request through our Account & Data Deletion page. We aim to respond within applicable legal deadlines, including 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA, subject to permitted extensions.
